Shuttle Bus Schedule

Shuttle bus transportation is provided for most of the convention hotels (depending on the location of the hotel) to the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Evening Shuttle Service to Universal Studios Hollywood

Wednesday, May 12 from 7:30 pm - 11:15 pm**

Shuttle service to Universal Studios will be available from ALL downtown hotels on Wednesday evening. Shuttle service will not be available from Beverly Hilton, Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons or SLS.

**Last bus leaves Universal Studios at 11:15 pm

Tuesday, May 11 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 12 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, May 13 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

All shuttle buses will arrive and depart from the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Buses will run approximately every 15 minutes during the following "peak hours":

Tuesday, May 11 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 12 7:00 am - 11:00 am
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday, May 13 7:00 am - 11:00 am
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

All other times will have buses running approximately every 30 minutes.

Shuttle service will be available from most convention hotels, with the exception of the following:

  • JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE
  • Ritz Carlton Los Angeles
