In addition to SAP, he has worked for leading companies in this field including Convergys, Amdocs, and Infosys. He has had the privilege to work closely with leading communications service provider companies in each of the traditional segments of the market: Landline, Wireless, Cable, and Internet Access, helping to guide and enable business transforming initiatives that leverage information technology.

An MBA graduate from Xavier University, Bob also holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University.
