R.J. Juneau is CTO and founder of Maxxian. The company integrates data from billing, conditional access, network and VOD systems to identify unauthorized set-tops and produce unprecedented intelligence for cable company operations.

Mr. Juneau worked in computer systems integration for over 25 years in a variety of areas including financial trading systems. He has specialized in digital television systems for broadcast, cable and satellite for 15 years. He has held technical and management roles at Royal Bank of Canada, Fujitsu, Digital Equipment Corporation, Bell ExpressVu and AdExact Corporation.
