Frank Boncimino is Senior Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of Time Warner Cable responsible for designing and executing the IT strategy for the company and its divisions. He leads the Company’s IT team in delivering and supporting enterprise systems that enhance the employee experience, reduce operating costs, and support incremental revenue growth through the expansion of customer channels.
Boncimino’s focus on back office systems has led to the introduction of IT security standards and an overall road map for the integration of technical architectures and communications networks to support back office, customer care and order management solutions. He has also overseen the implementation of a full suite of ERP/Peoplesoft applications, from inventory control to general accounting and employee web self service capabilities. He has also developed a BSS strategy that involves the creation of a common billing system platform to facilitate new regional business and operational practices and partners with the customer care and marketing organizations to provide automated, closed loop marketing campaigns, customer analytics, and enhanced CSR desktop capabilities to support increased sales and better customer service.
Before joining the Time Warner Cable in 2003, Boncimino was Vice President/Partner of Telecom, Media and Networks at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. While there, he served as Account Executive for AOL Time Warner and also led the U.S. Enterprise Application Services Practice for the Telecom, Media and Networks division.
Boncimino earned his BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Financial Decision Support Systems (FDSS) from the University at Albany, NY.
