Veronica Jellison

Veronica (Roni) L. Jellison is the Director of Customer Operations for Comcast’s West Division. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring Quality, Corporate Escalation, and Standardization needs/initiatives of 13 residential care centers in six regional locations, with an emphasis in transitioning to the Business Services space full time. When overseeing the Business Class Customer Care, she is responsible for all aspects of the center’s daily operations including but not limited to, strategy development, metric achievement, leadership coaching and budget management, and she is currently, in the process of building a Care support model/call center for Comcast’s growing Business Class Customers.

Prior to her current role, Veronica was the Manager of Residential IP Support for the Gulf Coast area in Comcast’s Southern Division.. While in the South, Veronica also developed a Retention team to support the transition of company ownership from Adelphia Communications to Comcast.

Under the Adelphia umbrella Veronica was a key contributor to the development and launch of a centralized National Sales Center. While initially supporting the Marketing department’s customer efforts, Veronica eventually transitioned to the role of Manager of Process Improvement where she supported inbound sales and retention for Adelphia. During her tenure in that role, her key project was building and launching a National Work Order Accuracy program that successfully ran in three billing systems while simultaneously allowing comparison and bench marking company-wide.

Veronica’s career in the cable industry began in 1991 in central Pennsylvania as a regional Dispatcher. From there she continued to identify career growth opportunities that would benefit her professional development including; Communications Specialist, Process Improvement Specialist and Quality Management. In the spirit of identifying career development, Veronica looks forward to what her new role overseeing the ever-growing Comcast Business Class Customer Care department brings.

Veronica currently lives in Parker Colorado with her husband David and 16 year old son, Eli.
