MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS

Full Page Ad: 8-5/8" x 11-1/4" bleed; 7" x 10" live area
AD SPECIFICATIONS
- Four-color process printing will be used.
- Resolution must be 300 dpi or higher.
- Preferred: PDF/X1-A files provided that they are prepared for press
optimized printing in CMYK with fonts embedded.
- Native Artwork: Must be Mac-formatted, containing your ad and all substantiating artwork (art and logos should be provided as .EPS or .TIFF documents). Please include both printer and screen fonts (Adobe). Processing fees may apply if alterations or adjustments must be made to the ad before final processing. If sending an ad on disk, please provide a laser or color copy.
- Ads will be placed as close to the exhibiting company’s listing as possible. If the advertiser is not an exhibitor, the ad will be placed at NCTA’s discretion.
DISPOSITION OF MATERIALS
- Production materials will be returned only if requested with the reservation form (after the conclusion of the convention).
- Materials not requested to be returned will be discarded.
ARTWORK DEADLINE
Artwork must be received no later than March 12, 2010.
