This sponsorship applies to official convention hotels only. Sponsoring company is responsible for production of items, and coordinating with each chosen hotel. Sponsor is also responsible for any drop fee charged by the individual hotels. NCTA must approve designs prior to production.

One fee of $3000 for all hotels.

That will vary from hotel to hotel and what you choose to have distributed.
Has every one of the hotels on your room block list agreed to room drops?

Is a sponsor able to execute in less than the full amount of hotels?
Yes.
What day would these room drops occur?
Your choice.
Have all of the hotels agreed to "in-room" drops or are they outside the door or a combination of both?
This has not been specified. In room drops are probably more expensive than outside of the rooms.
How many sponsors are able to provide room drops on each day?
No limit. Usually 8-10 room drops including the dailies.
Is there a limit of advertisers for this sponsorship – is this a first come first served opportunity?
No limit to the number of advertisers.
Would door hangers be considered a room-drop program?
Yes.
Upon completion of the application/contract and receipt of payment, NCTA Convention Headquarters will provide sponsor with a letter of approval to provide to the hotels as well as a contact list. The Sponsor is responsible for contacting any/all hotels at which they wish to do the room drops.
